The home has quartz countertops, stainless appliances and includes all the cookware and amenities you will need for a night in. Beautifully decorated with all the touches of home. Wake up each day with amazing ocean views from both bedrooms. Dolphins often spotted in the morning hours! For a day at the beach, we've included beach towels, chairs, and games including cornhole and life size Jenga. When you return, refresh with the conveniently located outdoor shower. Enjoy a walk? Choose from the conveniently located park to the West of the home or the beach across the street. Located in Gulfport, a convenient 25 minute walk to Island View Casino or downtown Gulfport and Fishbone Alley to enjoy restaurants and nightlife. Prefer to drive? Less than a 10 min drive to thriving downtown Gulfport and Island View Casino. Centrally located between Ocean Springs and Bay St. Louis, you’ll find easy access to the Gulfport Harbor and the Mississippi Aquarium as well as being within 30 minutes of most MS Gulf Coast attractions. To experience the spirit of New Orleans, you’re only an hour and 15 minute drive away!

House Rules

Dear Guests, We are so happy you chose Seaside Sanctuary for your stay. We hope you’ll make the most of this cozy home, its amenities, and your opportunity to relax and visit the surrounding area. We would appreciate it if you took a moment to read these house rules at the beginning of your stay and follow them. If anything is unclear, please contact us so we can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings. We’ve put a lot of time and effort into making this a lovely space. This is our personal family vacation retreat, so please treat it with the same respect as you would your own home. CHECK IN – 4:00pm CHECK OUT – 11:00am LATE CHECKOUTS will be charged PLEASE do not re-arrange the furniture. You, as the booking guest, are responsible for any damage or missing items caused by yourself or any one of your guests accessing the home during your stay. PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied. PLEASE do not eat in the bedrooms and use coasters on the wood furniture as all furniture is NEW. Damages and additional cleaning fees will apply. PLEASE use dark wash clothes for removing makeup/foundation, creams, tanning products, or any other products that might stain. Unsalvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest. No Unregistered ADULTS or children, as overnight visitors. No PETS allowed NO parties or events, no illegal activity or inappropriate anti-social behavior. - Authorities will be contacted for your removal. PARKING: parking is provided in the driveway and can accommodate one car. A second vehicle may park in the street on the side of the house. In an effort to eliminate waste, please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is usable and not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables. Our neighborhood is important to us, and many residents live here full-time. Please respect the community and try to avoid making loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am. NO SMOKING of any kind inside the property OR ON THE BALCONYS. Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE, below the home in the garage area; please dispose of cigarette/cigar butts appropriately. Additional cleaning fees to remove odors and stains will be applied if you are found in violation. Children are welcome at our home, but to ensure their safety, please watch them at ALL times as our house is NOT child proof. Make sure to turn off the lights, turn down the air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door. We have provided beach chairs/toys/wagon/bikes for your entertainment. PLEASE be so kind as to return them to their rightful places at the end of your stay. PLEASE take out the trash and leave towels on bathroom floor prior to checkout. Please note: There are security cameras placed OUTSIDE of the property for security purposes only. All cameras are on 24/7.
