We have worked very hard to make this a comfortable and relaxing getaway, as this is our personal family vacation home, and we hope that you will keep that in mind during your stay. No unregistered adults or children, as overnight visitors. No PETS of any kind allowed. NO SMOKING of any kind inside the property. NO GLASS in the lower patio or pool area. We have provided safe drinkware and dishes for outdoors. Pool Rules MUST be followed for your safety. PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. Please hand wash all cookware so that it can remain in good condition for others to enjoy. Please place all dishes in the dishwasher prior to check out. PLEASE do not rearrange furniture, do NOT eat in bedrooms and use coasters on the wood furniture, as all furniture is NEW. You WILL be charged for any damages to the property and its contents, or missing items. PLEASE use dark wash clothes for removing makeup/foundation, creams, tanning products, or any other products that might stain. NO parties/events, no illegal activity or inappropriate behavior. Authorities will be contacted for your removal. In an effort to eliminate waste, please know that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. Ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables. Our neighbors are important to us. Please be respectful and avoid making loud noise between 10pm and 8 am, particularly outdoors. Children are welcome, but to ensure their safety, please watch them at ALL times as our house is NOT child proof. Make sure to turn off the lights, any electronics, and turn the air up to 75/heat to 65 when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the doors. Please place trash in the trash bin outside the home and leave used towels on bathroom floors prior to checkout. Guests are responsible for taking the garbage to the curb for a MONDAY and THURSDAY morning pick-up. We suggest bringing it out the night before (aka Sunday & Wednesday evening). PLEASE remove shoes before entering, as often as possible, to reduce/eliminate sand and dirt in the home.
